Kick back and relax in this private 4-bedroom home situated right on the ocean. You'll enjoy jaw-dropping 180-degree views of the Pacific, Stinson Beach, Mt. Tam, and even San Francisco in the distance. Recently remodeled with an open layout and high end finishes. The home is decorated luxuriously with a beachy modern vibe, featuring furniture from Restoration Hardware and Serena & Lily. There is ample street parking in front of the house. The neighborhood is highly walkable. Downtown Bolinas is a 20 minute walk away or quick bike / drive. We live about 1 hour away and are available via phone and txt. We also have a local property caretaker and handyman who can assist if you encounter any issues during your stay. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bolinas. It is on a dead end street, so there is little to no traffic. Please be aware that there is a coastal trail between the front yard and the ocean. You will see people walking by from the front yard (i.e. where the fire-pit and porch are located). There is a limit of 3 cars parked at the house / on the street. The house is about a 20 minute walk from Bolinas Beach (or a very quick drive).
