Matt founded Solāndis from a conviction that Northern California's finest vacation homes deserve a genuinely boutique management partner. Under his leadership, Solāndis has grown to 6 curated properties across 3 regions — Bolinas, Lake Tahoe, and San Francisco — hosting more than 3,000 guest nights and counting. He lives in San Anselmo with his his two children and siamese cat, Coconut.
A former technology marketing executive, Matt has deep experience designing, building and marketing products. He likes to think of a rental home as a product that can deliver an unforgettable experience for guests. He has worked at Google, Amazon, and Salesforce.com and still advises early stage startups.
Matt studied Human Computer Interaction and classical architure at Stanford (BA, with honors). He was also a member of the varsity sailing team. A graduate of The Wharton School (MBA, with Honors), Matt studied Marketing and Opertionas and was recognized with the Price Fellowship and the Snider Seed Award, and served as President of the Entrepreneurship Club and a member of the University Venture Fund.

At Solāndis, Tiffany oversees the care and presentation of every property in the portfolio. From coordinating maintenance and turnover to ensuring each home meets our exacting standards, she is the person our owners rely on to treat their home with the same care they would — and the person our guests remember for making their stay feel effortless.
